Worth it's weight in Gold and then some!
I purchased this with my new 24" iMac 6 months ago.
What a great purchase, I have used the protection plans several times during this period mainly because I thought I was having problems and called for help. Little did I know that I just didn't know what I was doing on a Mac since I came from PC's and had never owned a Mac before.
Everytime they were quick and very helpfull and as a bonus they phone support is located in the US and English is their first language!
